Email FAQ
How do I setup Outlook Express to send/receive email?
In Outlook Express, Click on Tools/Accounts. Click on the Add button. Follow the wizard to setup your account. Select POP3 for the incoming mail server. The mailservers will be mail.*YourDomainName*.com for both POP3 (incoming) and SMTP (outgoing) servers. Depending on your ISP, you might need to use their smtp (outgoing) server. IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
While the address book, calendar, tasks, webmail preferences, notes, and the users set up on the mail server are backed up, email content itself is not. Therefore, it is your responsibility to have a backup of your mail. You can do this by using a personal mail client like Outlook Express and have all your mail downloaded to your local PC.
